How the Programme Works

The Weekly Structure
Teaching, exam simulation, and review — structured around your child's performance every week.
Mon – Fri
ONLINE
Targeted instruction in verbal reasoning, reading comprehension, mathematical reasoning, and written expression — delivered online in small groups of 3–4. Personalised to each student's gap areas identified from the previous week's exam.
Saturday
IN PERSON
Students attend a dedicated exam venue in Melbourne. Printed exam papers. Strict silence. A timed invigilator. Identical conditions to the real selective entry test — down to the desk layout, timing, and instructions. Results are marked and returned before students leave.
This is the part no tutoring centre offers.
Same Day
SAME DAY
Worked solutions and model answers provided for every exam paper. Students leave with everything they need to understand exactly where marks were lost — and how to fix it.
Why It Matters
The selective entry exam is not just a knowledge test. It is a performance under pressure. Students who have never sat in a silent room with a ticking clock — surrounded by other students — perform below their actual ability on exam day.
We fix that by making it routine. By week four, the exam room feels familiar. By week eight, it feels easy.

Group Structure
Places are limited to 3–4 students per group — never more. This is deliberate. Students benefit from sitting alongside peers of similar ability: it creates healthy competitive awareness that mirrors the exam environment.
